Supro Model 1400 Supreme Hawaiian steel guitar

This 1940-50s Supro Supreme Hawaiian Guitar Model 1400 lap steel is a studio instrument from the "Love Metal" sessions. It has the phenomenal vintage tone from its Valco string-thru pickup, which are revered by Americana enthusiasts globally, made famous by Ry Cooder.

Bodyis reddish-brown pearloid with a non-slip backing. Acrylic fingerboard, totem pole inlays. Original string-thru pickup, 3 in line tuning keys, hammertone bridge and pickup cover, Dakawear knobs, bone nut, original hardwired cable.

This steel guitar is in great shape for it´s age. Comes with original semi-hard case and a Certificate of Authenticity.
