The Marshall JMP-1 is a legendary rackmount valve preamp that defined the sound of the early ’90s. Released in 1992, this 1993-built unit delivers authentic Marshall tube tone in a versatile 1U rack format, making it a favorite of touring pros and studio players alike.This JMP-1 rack unit pre amp is in very good condition with just a few surface scratches from being mounted and has just benefited from a full check over and service.

Powered by two ECC83/12AX7 valves, the JMP-1 offers four programmable channels—Clean 1, Clean 2, OD1, and OD2—covering everything from sparkling cleans to classic crunch to saturated high-gain lead tones. With 100 user presets, full MIDI control, and onboard speaker-emulated outputs, it’s equally at home in a rack rig, recording setup, or live performance.
