A Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster pedal, designed as a transparent, class A clean boost and line driver with up to +25dB of gain on tap. It’s made to enhance your guitar’s natural tone rather than change it, while giving you more output, sustain and punch for leads, riffs and pushed-amp sounds.

The main Gain control lets you move from unity/0dB up to a substantial solo boost, and even at lower settings, the pedal can work as a high-quality buffer to keep your signal strong across a pedalboard and long cable runs. The three-way Resonance switch is a big part of what makes this pedal interesting: it interacts with your pickups (when first in the chain) to let single-coils mimic a vintage humbucker or a higher-output humbucker-style voice, while also adding extra bite and focus to existing humbuckers.

It’s built around fully discrete, low-noise class A circuitry, with true bypass switching, runs on standard 9V power (or up to 18V for extra headroom), and comes in a compact enclosure that fits easily onto most boards.
