In almost total rebuild this 1966 guitar. Has been meticulously taken apart and put together again, now better than ever.
The guitar has at some point ben converted for left-handed playing, then back, and in the process, the extra aluminum cover has been added in between the PU and fretboard. The mechanics of the guitar have not been compromised in any way, the instrument is a great player, solid and clear with that instantly recognizable Fender sound.
Originally sunburst, now Sherwood Green metallic in nitrocellulose lacquer, as fender originally offered these guitars also in these DuPont-variety custom colors.
The 2-lower/2-raise changer has also been taken apart and thoroughly washed, rinsed and lubricated for unhindered future use.
Comes in custom 60’s home made split cases with new plush interiors.

Extra: A kit of two knee levers plus all the cables and hardware for Fender 800 designed by master luthier and steel guitar engineer Ron Bennett. The guitar even has holes ready for this assembly. Not sold separately. 250 euros extra if buyer takes them. See the pictures.
