The Honer Bass 3 is an Analog Bass Synthesizer. It has been recently been made famous by producer Danger Mouse on such recordings as Crazy and The Good The Bad and the Queen.
It's a Rare mid-'70s monophonic 30-key bass synth/organ with Tuba, Guitar, and String presets, with adjustable sustain/decay control. Made in Germany.
